Acupressure

In Acupressure, physical pressure is applied to Acupuncture
points by the use of fingers, elbows or other instruments like
an acu ball, energy roller or pressure roller for rubbing, rolling or applying pressure.​ Similar to acupuncture, but using finger pressure rather than fine needles on specific points along the body to treat ailments such as tension and stress, aches and pains, menstrual cramps, arthritis.
Crystal Healing

​Crystal healing is a form of therapy in which the alternate therapy practitioner uses natural crystals for treating himself, his premises or others and their buildings. He uses different types of crystals and minerals on or around a person or in the
building in order to release stress, establish deep relaxation, release pain, and support good energy balance. The crystals are positioned at the sites where a person experiences pain or are placed on the fine energy vortexes known as chakras.

Dr. Mathur takes regular Reiki classes for small groups or individual students.

She also treats patients with chronic problems and uses a combination of Reiki, Magnets, Crystals, Acupressure and counselling to cure the illness from the root cause.
Reiki
​
Reiki is a simple yet profound Healing system. It is an ancient hands-on healing modality based on the transfer of vital energy, which is activated by touch. Anyone can treat self and others after taking attunements by a Reiki Master. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Magnet Therapy

Magnet Therapy involves the use of static magnetic fields
in the healing process. Subjecting certain parts of the body
to magneto static fields produced by permanent magnets has
beneficial health effects. The art of healing by the application of natural and artificial magnets to the diseased parts of the human body. It is a clinical system by which human ailments are treated and cured through the application of magnets to the body of the patients.
